SO Many New Members!!!

Recruitment Night. What an amazing turnout we had! There were so many new faces, so excited about our American Marketing Association Chapter. This was our first annual Recruitment Night and what a wonder it made.

During Recruitment Night, we had a lovely dinner consisting of pizza and pop, told our new members everything they need to know about our chapter, and broke up into smaller groups for an activity. While everyone was chowing down on their pizza, we talked about our chapter's community service projects, fundraising activities, and special events and conferences throughout the year. We expressed to members our passion about this organization and the benefits that will emerge for them by joining. After that, we broke up into smaller groups. Each officer member lead a group and described to the members of their group about their experience with the AMA. Members within each group had to ability to ask questions and fill out a form about what they wanted to see out of AMA this year. We want our members voices to be heard. We want to meet their expectations and their personal and professional goals to be met.

Due to Recruitment Night, we have increased our retention rate by 62% this year! What an AMAzing thing! We love our new members and are excited to work with them in the years to come!
